I ordered a flask, with engraving, on Thursday evening, and it was delivered to my home in western Canada on Monday afternoon. It was already on its way with the delivery company on Friday, mere hours after i placed my order. The engraving was done exactly as i had requested (size and placement), and the embossed design on the flask looks as it did in the photos on the website. The only issue is minor; the captive top mechanism is a bit clunky and doesn't look as nice as the rest--it was not shown in the photos. Overall i'm very satisfied, especially with the lightening-quick service.
