Although the first hip flask came with the engraving on the back as soon as I phoned to say I'd assumed it would have been on the front I was told to return the flask and a replacement would be sent. Over night I decided a shorter engraving may be better & emailed my message but said if it was too late to change the original message would be ok. I was delighted when the replacement arrived with the shorter message on the front of the flask. The staff I spoke to and emailed couldn't have been nicer or more helpful so thanks to them.
