This is the second review I have posted on Byallmeams of Wayhills Industrial Estate Shropshire. I did not think it could get ANY worse, how wrong was I. I purchased two Squirrel Baffles as seen in their catalog. What was received was not as described or shown. I am unable to assemble them as they seem to be designed for something else. I followed the process for requesting return and refund well within the time limit, as they are not fit for purpose. No response, I have since followed up with several emails, over the last two weeks, still no response. There is no other means of contacting them other than by email. So is this a company you would want to trust and spend good money with. I would not take the risk.
