We purchased a coat for our dog and returned the item recorded delivery under their terms and conditions but we have not had an acknowledgement that they have received the item even though we have proof that the item was signed for by one of their staff. Despite repeated requests they have refused to answer our emails.
We feel cheated and have concerns that they are operating a bogus company. We are now having to take legal advice to attempt to recieve a full refund.They have no contact telephone number,we feel very let down.
