Really excellent customer service!! My first order of the Ancol Stormguard dog coat didn't arrive so I emailed them and they promptly sent me a replacement. The size I had ordered was too big, so I returned the coat and emailed them again. They confirmed receipt of the coat and sent me a smaller size promptly. The coat is perfect for my dog. Obviously I struggled to get the right size, so for anyone in the same predicament, here's some help which I got from the packaging: SMALL - coat length is 30cm - suitable for Jack Russell MEDIUM - " 40cm - " West Highland Terrier LARGE - " 50cm - " Beagle X LARGE - " 60cm - " Setter XX LARGE - " 70cm - " German Shepherd, Labrador
