Item received. Couldn't use item as was ripped Kong dog toy. Would have cost me to send item back so wasn't worth it, they offered to replace item once they received the faulty one which they sent out, but this could take a few weeks the occasion was already over. A lot of hassle for nothing in my case. As I wasn't in when item arrived so had to go to local depo to collect And Item couldn't be used,
