AWFUL SERVICE - do not use this supplier
08.03.2016 Ordered Gentle Leader Head collar for my new dog. Needed urgently as he pulls so paid extra .95p for next day postage. Item not despatched till 10.03.2016, received 12.03.2016. On 13.03.2016 seller emailed - extra postage I paid processed for refund via paypal. Not yet received 31.03.2016 - have emailed them again. What a hassle.
