I ordered bird treat seed sticks that where sent in nothing but the original packaging with a bit of sellotape holding the label on and no protection at all needless to say they arrived smashed to bits seeds everywhere and unfit for purpose . I understand they are trying to keep p&p prices low but bubble wrapping would have cost pence and protected the items , absolutely stupid now they want me to pay to return the smashed items unbelievable
