I recently bought a pet food item from this company.
Even though the packaging was undamaged, the item had been split open before sending & crudely repaired with sellotape. This was a FOOD item. Obviously this wasn't acceptable, as it could be stale or contaminated, or both.
I requested a return, which was totally ignored. No response whatsoever.
I wouldn't ever recommend buying a thing from these people. Total rip off.
Avoid like the plague.
