AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! Bought a complete bird cage from the Buy all means eBay store. Item arrives late with the base broken due to inadequate packaging. Messaged immediately with photo's asking for a replacement and offering the broken item to be returned. After 2 days waiting for a response I was told returning was not necessary and a replacement would be dispatched. After a few more days received another message to say the replacement would be dispatched, why it wasn't dispatched before hand I don't know. Ended up having to chase an expected arrival date which I was told beginning of the week. Had to chase again at the end of said delivery week to be asked to return the broken item and that a replacement would be dispatched. Considering by this time 3 weeks had passed since the order and I was told a return was not necessary I had since scrapped the broken item as broken plastic is not what I need around the house. Since this message I have been ignored on a number of occasions and no replacement or refund has ever been received. This company is a joke, customer service is appalling. If you have a problem they will ignore you or fob you off until you lose the will to live with them. My only advice is to AVOID!!!!!
