I received a email that notified I am expecting a delivery, which is all cool but I emailed instantly (no other way to communicate) and got no response as to parcel Estimated Time of Arrival to come home following day to find it placed outside my flat front door, I'm glad I got the parcel but concerned someone could have taken it. Suggestion There should be a contact phone number that you can call or a estimated delivery window not a all day affair. Parcels should be handed to the intended person not left where potentially anyone can get there hands on putting your company in liability
