I received a completely different looking item to what I have ordered and it is also damaged.
I am getting no reply to the email I have send on the day of the delivery (care@buyallmeans.co.uk)
Also phone number (01948666627) just keeps on ringing and not getting through.
I am very upset about this order and that no one has gotten back to me to rectify these issues in any way, it has been 5 days already and still no reply.
