I ordered a multi pack of gourmet cat food (96 cans). 12 have been delivered in one box and the boxes have never been delivered. I have emailed the customer care line three times to ask for the rest of my order as I have paid the account in full (£40) and there has been no response. I find it very hard to believe that all three emails have not arrived and because there is no phone number to call I feel I have lost my money. I cannot recommend this company - they describe themselves as a small family concern who deliver good customer service but I have not experienced this. I still hope for resolution but i may be being foolish.
