Purchase was straightforward. Clear website and easy to understand instructions. Item arrived but not as quickly as expected. However, I bought a lantern birdfeeder and it is not particularly well made. The side panels are very thin plastic and they are not strong enough. They fall out and seed then goes everywhere. It should have been made with thicker plastic to be more robust. Yes I could have sent it back, but then what? For the price I paid it wasn't really worth the postage. It can be fixed, but with a litle more thought it could have been so much better.
