I bought a fish tank that, after a few weeks, developed serious cracks, some of which were starting to leak.
After initially receiving an automated email promising a refund, Buyallmeans then reneged on this promise. No further comms were received from them.
I opened a Paypal dispute, was forced to return the item at my own expense and eventually received a refund from Paypal.
This company is an absolute shambles, not got giving any consideration or service to it's customers. Caveat emptor.
