Order 36 packets of cat treats for over £50 but they did not arrive. I was given a Hermes tracking number but it just said order placed. Customer service slow at getting back to me. they offered a replacement or refund. I went from replacement but still not arrived. Customer service not responding to my email. I have opened a Paypal dispute. I do not rate this company, customer service is poor and there is not a phone number available to contact them in person. Will shop elsewhere in the future.
