Ordered a Pet-Mate Elite 355 Cat flap on 6th September and have still not received it !! Have tried contacting care@buyallmeans.co.uk several times. Had one response asking if I wanted a refund or replacement and another informing me they are now out of stock. Have asked for tracking details since I paid for tracked delivery but have heard nothing. Cannot get any response or find a telephone number !!!
