Ordered and paid for an item. Delivery date came and went, order still hadn't been dispatched. Emailed them but was ignored so had to open a case against them. Asked again when my order was going to be dispatched only to eventually be told it wouldn't be and that they'd issue a refund instead. I didn't want a refund, I wanted the item!
