I placed an order and the wrong item was sent. I re-ordered the same item again and was again sent the wrong item. This time I complained and they made the returns process so complicated and costly TO ME that I simply decided that it was too much cost and time consuming and I told them this and they were not in the slightest interested so no more buying from them again. Terrible customer service in my opinion.
