I ordered 10 500g pouches of the product displayed on the website. When it arrived, it wasn't what I ordered. I contacted buyallmeans and asked to return it. After several attempts to send a returns label, I was asked to initiate a return via EBay. This I did and printed out the returns label and took it to the Post Office. The Royal Mail doesn't take parcels over 5Kg. As there were 10 x 500g pouches plus packing it would exceed 5Kg and was refused by the local Post Office. I contacted Buyallmeans who suggested they send a courier to pick it up (It was originally sent via Courier) I asked for the Friday and thought I had sent an e-mail. When I complained about the pick-up not happening I was told they didn't receive my e-mail. In fairness I could find no sign that I sent it. I said I would be available for a pick-up on either Thu 2nd Feb Fri 3rd Feb or the following Mon or Tuesday. I was e-mailed and asked if Friday would be OK I said fine. I waited in all day today Friday 3rd Feb and still no pick-up. I have e-mailed Buyallmeans and am awaiting a response.
