Firstly when purchasing it said the delivery would be expected on 24th - 25th Jan, it came on 28th and it had passed my dogs birthday by that date! My children wanted to sing happy birthday with the cake so they weren't happy either! I sent a complaint via email however I didn't get a response so all in all I had a bad experience and won't be using your company again even my children said don't buy from there again so that says something!
