Squirrel proof bird feeder I ordered came damaged,solely because of how it was packaged.The item was delicate and was placed in a box that was to small. 18/12/16.On arrival I emailed and as it was Xmas they eventually answered in 2017. They then sent packaging labels that myself and my daughter couldn't print off. We had to tell them when we posted it back eventually getting a replacement (4/2/17) after being credited the old one as damaged. They had my money 46 days! They should be ashamed of themselves
