I emailed to ask if it was possible to request a grey Guinea pig igloo. I received a response which stated this was fine and it had been passed to the warehouse. So today i was not happy when i received the itwn and it was vright lime green. I have requested a return for this item and will purchase elsewhere. So because of a simple error you have lost a sale.
You shouldnt agree that an order can be completed then send any old colour.
