You advertised 12x500gm packets of Markie's dog treats at £5.78 and sent me one. When I contacted your company they requested a photograph of the packaging and bar code which I sent. They then went on to say that they had made a partial refund of £5.00 into my account without even consulting me on what I thought was fair as under consumer law if you display a price you have to honour it and that is what they charge for one box even though it was the most expensive on ebay. I put this to ebay and they could only suggest your company repay the extra 78p. I had no apology except they made a mistake. If you run your company like that for much longer then you won't have one any more. I still have all e-mail proof if you would like me to forward it to you, however, I will not be doing business with you again.
