I was so looking forward to having this mat as I have an out-door cat and I clean his feet at least 5 times a day. So I was hoping this mat would make my life easy but I was wrong. I still had to wipe his feet after he entered the house as the mat would not remove any dirt whatsoever from his feet at all:-(((
