Total waste of time. Bought through their Amazon shop. Sent the wrong product, late, then they had the cheek to tell me to take the parcel to the Post Office and return it to them. They said they would take 7 days after receipt of the return before sending out the correct product (which is now out of stock). Have asked for my money back but am told by Amazon this will take 1-2weeks to consider. What a rip-off!! They will have had my money for a month without providing a service. Time to see what Trading Standards can do.
