Unfortunately I agree with all these negative reviews having experienced similar problems. Cannot understand delivery estimate of 2 weeks. Found a phone no after a search on Google but constantly busy. Resorted to email for which a 12 hr response. Apology and promised refund - I look forward to that! Now to search for another supplier!
