Happy with communication and the email notifications letting me know about delivery, my Dad wasn't completely satisfied with the way it was packaged, looked liked it was cellotaped in a black bin bag, which had split allowing the bird seed to spill out. I personally haven't opened it, my Dad will let me know how it is once he has got home as he didn't want to lose anymore seed. Unfortunately I wasn't home when it was delivered, it was left in my porchway and a note had been posted to let me know of its arrival.
