Placed an order on Monday for delivery next day . This was done before there advertised cut off time . Nothing was delivered on the Tuesday. I got in contact with them to see what's happening - I was told it was due for dispatch on the Tuesday . I never received any shipping email. On the Wednesday I contacted them twice and had no reply. Wednesday evening I received a automated your product has been shipped email. It is now Thursday and still no delivery . I contacted them again to be told they would refund my postage and they provided a tracking reference for my shipment . Having looked at this the shipping company have not even collected my item. I then contacted them again and have since had no reply at all . Tomorrow is Friday and still waiting for my order . Not impressed and the communication is poor and lacking basic customer service
