The item arrived well protected and prompt. However, its not as good as I thought it would be, the food and ball come out at the same time so if they are distracted by the food they miss the ball go past or they block the ball coming out while eating the food. Also, it is hard for the dogs to aim the ball into the top hole.
This toy currently requires lots of owner assistance and encouragement
