Very happy with my purchase (21st present). Preview of engraving was very helpful and reassuring, the mug is perfect - better than the photo really (highly polished). Presentation box was a nice finishing touch also. I was only unsure about the engraving font size as that wasn't quite clear to me, but it was fine. Arrived a few days after I approved the engraving (delivered to Edinburgh) so no problems at all. Thanks.
