I ordered a tankard from my children to their grandad. They loved being able to write what they wanted on something they knew he would use regularly (!). It was their way of telling him how much he means to them and we were delighted with the quality on receipt. It arrived very quickly, was very well wrapped up (so there would never be any issues with breakage) and it was also in a lovely blue gift box. A very satisfied customer. Thank you.
