Just received my custom mug. Very impressed with the craftsmanship and absolutely thrilled with the engraving of my family name and crest! I ordered an antiqued finish with Celtic bands and the only thing that I wondered about was the colour of the Celtic bands blending with the rest of the mug, because in the custom builder the Celtic bands appear to be a darker grey to contrast the rest of the mug. Delivery was only delayed because DHL held it until I paid a customs fee (from Canada)
