I originally asked a question about one of the tankards. I received a reply really quickly. I explained that I was torn between two designs and wanted to know if I could have the clan engraved. Again, I got a really quick reply. I then ordered and the next day received the proofs to check. The tankard arrived by the following week. I emailed to thank the company and to say how beautiful it is. I can’t upload a photo as I’ve wrapped it as a present.
