What a great company. I requested a glass tankard with a logo and engraving but through no fault of the company the logo was not transferable. The engraver David Pryke contacted me immediately to let me know and asked if I wanted to proceed. Then the tankard was sent and arrived within 24hrs. It was a lovely item, very good value and unbelievably quick delivery. I would definitely use buyatankard.com again. Customer service is excellent.
