Very friendly and efficient service. I had specific requirements to include a logo on the tankard and was impressed with the patience & attention to detail that I experienced in order to get it right. The tankard then arrived promptly, well packaged in perfect condition. My thanks to David Pryke the engraving specialist for doing an excellent job - I'm very pleased with the product.
