Engraved crystal tankard received well packed and despatched within a few days. Great product and really pleased with the quality. The only small problem was the courier company made three attempts to deliver but wouldn't leave the parcel in a cupboard at the side of the property unless they had written instructions. Eventually left it with a neighbour. Haven't had this problem with other couriers in the past but I guess they are just being over cautious.
