Fantastic service from David from start to finish. Supplied him with an image that wasn't ideal for the laser engraving machine. With a few emails back & forth with suggestions from David it was all sorted and the tankard was in the post the same day. Highly recommended and will be putting more business their way in the near future as a result of the flawless customer service.
