The service and ease of ordering was really good. The delivery time was quick as well. Top marks for that. We were however a little disappointed in the actual engraving of the inscription on the tankard itself. It was all correct but the appearance was insubstantial, and maybe we would have selected a more prominent font had we been aware of the result. Maybe a solution to this would be a' virtual' picture of the inscription on the selected item instead of just the box showing the chosen font. It would help people decide if the chosen font was the correct one.
