Good prices and excellent comms, fast delivery but the last engraved tankards were a little disappointing, maybe it was our logo but it didn't look as good as the very first one we ordered from buytankard.com the large lettering looked as if it wasn't finished correctly, I had to clean the lettering up by scratching from what I could think was glass dust in the actual lettering, I'm sure this is a by-product of the etching system it just looked a bit odd, was ok once id spent 10mins cleaning the dust off. But don't let this put you off, they are very good value.
