Order was for a long service award for a work colleague. Order and engraving requirements placed easily on website and David replied within the day with the proofs for the engraving. Very fast turnaround of the order and the recipient is delighted with it. This is the second engraved tankard we have ordered and would not hesitate to use again - very happy !
