I was extremely impressed and delighted with the tankards I ordered! I am the DM for a D&D group and wanted to give my players something extremely special for Christmas, so ordered custom tankards for each. The company was able to use the custom photos I sent to etch onto a couple of the tankards and also used the other images and scripts, as well as placement that I asked for. The order shipped out the day after I ordered it and I can't even express how thrilled I am with the workmanship. I know my players are going to love these!
