Easy to order, fast service (it arrived in less than a week). Wasn't happy that the postman (or whoever delivered it) left it on my front doorstep and didn't put a card through my door, but at least it was still there when I got home! Quality seems fine. Slightly larger font for the engraving may have been good but there was limited space above the Celtic design that I chose. I would recommend.
