Excellent and prompt delivery. very helpful and unusually considerate advice compared with many sales departments. Engraving very good and well pôsitioned.
sadly tankard itself not finished well with blemishes along seam at bottom in places, looks as if it needs an idustrial polish to even out slight metal defects. A bit spotty.
However hope to back with a further order later in the year.
