The tankards were mass produced - which, okay you'd expect for the price - but one of the two I bought was quite flawed with some distortions on it's decoration. The first one I ordered, I contacted their customer support and asked if I could change the typeface on the etching. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and said she would take care of this, but when it came it had not been change. The continuity of the custom etching wasn't great. The first one looked really good, the second was so faint you could hardly read it. Again, for the money, I wouldn't regard this as being a complete rip, but I definitely wouldn't shop here again.
