I found these guys via Google, exchanged emails detailing requirements, confirmed my order on Tuesday and had a beautifully engraved tankard on Thursday. Brilliant service from the minute they received my first email, proofed artwork, engraved tankard and service. Highly recommend and would use again. On receipt the tankard was immediately filled with beer for the "birthday boy" and was accompanied with lots of fantastic comments. I was well pleased.
