David was very helpful, responding quickly to my queries and making special arrangements to ensure that I could the tankards that I wanted within the timeframe I needed (i.e. he made up for my shoddy time management!). I was able to check the artwork and David was able to make a last minute change, and the tankards arrived quickly and well packaged. The tankards are of very good quality and the engraving is very neat and precise- I'm very pleased.
