Really gorgeous work. Exactly up to spec and precisely what I needed. My order arrived well ahead of when I was told it would and therefore well ahead of when I actually need it. Ideal!
There's always a bit of uncertainty when it comes to engraving work, so it would have been nice to have a proof before okaying the work, but given the outcome, it seems unnecessary.
Would definitely use again. Hopefully more of my friends become the tankard-drinking type!
