Having sent a quick Email, David responded within the hour, on a Friday night! All the engraving I wanted was possible and we had a discussion and decided what I wanted done and in what style. David sent me a copy of the final engraving and checked with me before going ahead. Within 3 days of the final confirmation I had ten quality tankards perfectly engraved ready for the presentation.
