Used the online shop to order a tankard engraved with a logo selected from the library. Very easy to use, the purchase was complete in a couple of minutes. I had a dispatch notification in less than an hour (Which I thought was odd... as it was a rather complicated logo) - Sure enough, the tankard turned up the next afternoon. Great price and very impressed with both quality and service.
